		<description>I think this book does sound interesting, and yes, we need to eat more fruit and veggies for many, many different reasons.
My husband died from cancer (diagnosed with stage four colon cancer at age 48).  We ate a healthy diet (or so I thought - we didn&#039;t eat the raw califlower or broccoli - only cooked).  
I think we do need to eat better.</description>
